It has notes of sweet wood, cocoa, snuff, dairy background, cinnamon, rosemary, vanilla, toast, pepper, clove and balsamic. The aromas are fine and elegant. The attack on the palate is soft. It is a wine with great volume that envelops the entire palate. It is doomed, fresh acidity and warm alcohol. The smell on the palate is ripe, spicy, wood, vanilla beans and black fruits. It is a quite persistent wine that leaves a nice feeling of black fruit and balsamic.  Gran Ricardo’s best wines are selected and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels fine. It has a high storage capacity, over 20 years. It is a wine of great elegance, complexity and presence of tannins.
